For the last year most of us have been feeling the clamp down. Leadership is starting to feel it here in the south region. They are starting to fight amongst themselves!!! I love it! It's like Thunder Dome. I can't wait to say adiós to at least one of the lazy turds at my store.

The board and top execs are indeed the cause of the problems and as long as they remain and continue to set the direction, WFM will decline further and further. In fact, the company as most have known it is already being dismantled on the store and to some extent regional office levels. The problem is that the people being eliminated are not the ones who should go----getting rid of the good and keeping the bad is not a recipe for success. But you know what? They don't care----they are milking it for all it's worth, collecting their big fat paychecks, options and bonuses, which probably get bigger as they lay more people off. The company is rotten at the core.
What's happening to STLs in the south region?
Nothing is going to fix this mess until the board is replaced and top execs are canned. Nothing. They're just re-arranging deck chairs on the Titanic. You don't ask the people who created the problems to find a way to fix them. Because...THEY ARE THE PROBLEM.
