The team leader is great except he doesn't run anything the ATL Johnny Trotter does and just like in the shining he's psychotic!! He likes to pick on team members especially women!! If you are not his pet he treats you like a whipping dog! He is verbally abusive and a bully! A few people have quit because of him...rumor is one of those people has talked to an attorney about his harassment and is currently gathering information to start a lawsuit against whole foods. There is also the sexual harassment(wonder how his wife will feel once word gets out!) to be continued...

Interesting for sure.I work in the same metro, I know the tl from openings where he parties every night and hooks up with tms then I heard he had someone at home..eh whatever. Met this trotter guy once seemed stuck up. Knew he had hr issues since I heard that's why he isn't ready to be a tl. Interesting....

Whole foods has a habit of protecting sexual preditors ... You can call the tipline all day but it goes directly to your store team leader . So if they are pals with the offender you better believe he is protected. The only way a "tip" goes to HR is if it about your actual store team leader. If this guy is really this creepy (and knowing whole foods I have no doubt he is ) GET A LAWYER!! We have a few tms at my store seeking legal council.. Maybe if enough people start opening their mouths we can bring this " sex for jobs " culture to the surface. At this point the only thing we have left to lose is the rest of our dignity .
TL does nothing except tell you to call the tipline.
As this may read like a lot of hostility over a lost job it is not. All of the above is true and more. He intimidates TM, cuts down great ideas if they aren't his own. Shows no sense of comrade or decency for that matter. His pets are well taken care of and sexually harassed on a daily basis. If he doesn't like you you are very aware of it. He will do anything to get people he doesn't like fired or written up or just seen as someone who isn't an asset. If he is ever TL it will mean the death of a department that does an amazing job in the face of having a "leader" that is belligerent and abusive. Cannot stress the sexist tones this guy exhibits on a regular basis enough.

Trotter shiny face reminds me of the creepy alcoholic uncle that wants you to sit on his lap. Whenever there is a new female TM he's quick to establish who he is. Almost as if he's "grooming" his prey. He prides himself on being able to make TM's cry. Good job ahole. Nobody likes you. Definitely abusive and definitely a bully. Numerous attempts have been made through TL and HR channels to get him removed, but alas, he's still here. Unfortunately until something major happens, nothing will be done. Things always seem to go more smooth and more peaceful when he is on vacation or helping with SWOT. If there are any WFM execs reading this, get your crap together and please remove this unsafe "man" from our kitchen. OKC is consistently preforming and executing at a high level and we deserve the best, because we make your pockets fat. Holla!! $$$
He's the reason I quit. Since I asked off for 2 days, I got 4 days off. Still trying to figure out the math on that one. He also sexually harasses women up there as well. And is super unprofessional in how he talks to team members.
