Just read this on another thread here. Someone got confirmation it is on date and package. Has anyone else got the same confirmation?
My Director contact in IT also confirmed the 18th. S/he said there was a two month package + 1 week for every year of service. Don't bank on that but it's what I derived from our conversation.

Severance will be a base of 60 days for 1 simple reason. It's Pay in Lieu of Notice. That's how they avoid having to trigger a WARN notification 60 days in advance.

Yup. This is a layoff, not a lotto prize. One month base and one week additional for every year served. Nothing else. Period.

Be a look out for the moving truck(s) in the parking lot outside your building. They will be delivering empty move boxes the day/night before the judgement day!
