This time HR really needs to come up with more creative ways of kicking us out, don’t you think? The way they usually do it is already more than insulting, so I was thinking why not spice it up some more. Here are some ideas, and feel free to add some more:

Celebrate layoffs with "cake of losers". The ones who lose their job get to cut it, and also get the first piece

Make “I got fired” hats, T-shirts and badges, make ones who got kicked out carry at least one of the accessories whole day

Let ones who stay give at least one "Get lost you filth" gift to ones who are going away along with the real kick on the butt
