I have tons of Cisco stuff I got as a remote employee such as a laptop, CVO, DX, IP Phone, ISR for testing, etc. I KNOW I will have to return this crap but do they have a process for cisco equipment return once being let go? I mean do they even have a record of all the stuff I got over the years? I will need a truck to haul this stuff to the local office :(

Email them and ask them to send a service to pick all that stuff. Make them pay for a courier service. Keep that email with you, because it will be your legal proof you are willing to return their equipment. Have a piece of paper with the inventory and make the service sign it before they take it back to Cisco. Car applies too. Make them send somebody to pick up the renting vehicle. DO NOT waste your time going back to the office doing them a favor. They are not going to do any for you.
everything is tracked and all equipment will have to be returned. You never know, how circumstances can be twisted..
You don't want to give any opportunity for them, to come after you.
Just keep 'em dude. Put them on eBay the next day after you receive your LR package.
Cisco to work with Amazon to use drones to pick up home office equipments.
If you happen to be on the LR list, then make sure to ask whoever delivers the news to you in the 1:1 that you will need return shipping labels for all of your cisco gear; better for you to make a list of all the stuff before you have that 1:1 (if you have one).
