Mexicali low-cost engineers might not be as experience as US engineers but they must be doing something right and they will eventually become experience. Can you become low-cost engineer??? If not, then evolve, globalize, or get out the way.

I have a theory, someone from HR in Honeywell made this topic when he or she read that this site was being used to discuss anonymously and to post theories on the current economic situation.

When you said low cost engineer in this case in Mexicali is because the economy of the country not becasue they have less knowledge than USA engineers....same crap do the fresh engineers and experienced engineers are equal in both countries but as always there are exceptions
I can't become a low-cost engineer because I'm always cleaning up the mess made by the low-cost engineers. They're not doing anything right. Senior leadership is doing everything wrong. I already evolved into an experienced and capable engineer with respect for the engineers who are more experienced than me. Maybe you should do the same.
