Hey, can anyone explain why this guy has such a beef with Cisco? What is his connection?

I remember him calling Cisco out for diluting the value of the CCIE certification by allowing rampant cheating in the south Asian countries and China. Since then Cisco stopped publishing numbers by country and year.
He continued to reveal unpleasant details by computing the stats using public data like new people announcing that they have passed the exam and by tracking the numbers.
And guess what he was right I have met people who cheated big time. It is specific to people from numerous communities, you know who they are, who band together and they go to exams and then they get together and dump the scenarios, they find the solutions and then in the second attempt they pass. they also sell these solutions.
This is also coupled with Cisco's inability to create new scenarios for each round of exams (just slight variations)
Brad Reese has never been an employee of Cisco. He just had a post a few days ago regarding Cisco on his blog. He doesn't have much news regarding this latest upcoming layoff.
