Morale is low. Im getting tired of being pushed around by management. The people need representation. Bring on the union. I'll sign today.

That's what I would do. Give 15 to 20% of your check to some fat head that will not do nothing for you. IDIOTS!!
there was an article in houston sunday chronicle print edition. showed how many oil executives salaries increased in 2015, while the sector failec and people were walked out the door, essentially paving the way for those salary improvements, but yet all you ever do is merely TALK of unionization. what do you have to lose.
I would join in a heartbeat. More and more for the few left. Not had a pay rise in years. And not likely to have one ever.
There has been a lot of talk about Union in bod too. Don't suppose it will happen.
