You sir have no clue if you're asking if there's "spare capacity".
Besides all of their Fabs running at half capacity, you have FAB42 that's an empty shell and 11X that is pratically an empty shell as well. Plenty of capacity, NO DEMAND.
LOL Intel is DESPERATE for things to fill up spare capacity.

LOL, why speculate what might have been if PSO had said yes to Apple and Intel was making ARM, TSMC and Samsung would still be struggling with 28nm and Intel would have two fabs the size of Fab42 full and running 14nm and another one getting ready for 10nm,
