Those of you who took the VSP or ERP had to sign an agreement to not disparage Intel. SO I hope you are not doing so here.

@IV4M2mi-xnc. They can't fire you since you are gone. They can, depending on the offense, petition to get your settlement back. I'm not sure they would go that far unless you were very public and influential however.
@IV4M2mi-xvt, if you did not sign, did you then not take the payout? That is certainly a valid choice. In that case yes, you can say whatever you, wherever you want, short of established libel and slander laws.
What are you going to do about it - fire me?
The OP simply shows that Intel HR losers troll this board and post idiotic statements. Even if you did sign the separation contract with Intel (I did not) you can still post the truth. The truth is Intel is fundamentally screwed up and the morons running the company, including HR, cannot fix the issues. Intel is doomed and I'm going to enjoy the show...
I think there is a difference between stating publically known facts, such as Intel's failures or blunders, versus some of the racist, xenophobic and personally offensive posts the trolls post. Is the 'no-disparagement' agreement enforceable? I guess if they had a particularly egregious or influential basher causing enough pain, they could pursue if they wanted to. I had to laugh when I signed it though--my divorce agreement had a similar proviso wrt the Ex. Maybe it is just legal boilerplate for just in case something libelous shows up.
Is that actually enforceable?
The truth is the truth.
@IV4M2mi-zso. Technically, yes, if you didn't sign the agreement and didn't take the payout, you are free to sue and say 'disparaging' things to your heart's content. This would put one into a nice whistleblower position.
@pts:"they can suk my azz!" BK will take you up on that and pretend that you are one of his trannies that he is doing.
FU HR Rep! Nothing in that agreement that said I couldn't post facts and truth about Intel. This site isn't circuit where people at Intel post propaganda or turn it into a pep rally. If BK or Richard Taylor does not like it, tell them they can suk my azz!
@att - Hah! Nailed it!
I just sold a self driving car for $15 million to somebody from China. Am I supposed to dislike them?... I love China. The biggest bank in the world is from China. You know where their United States headquarters is located? In this building, in Trump Tower.
Their drones are much smarter than our drones, and we can't sustain ourselves with that. It's like - take the New England Patriots and Tom Brady and have them play your high school football team. That's the difference between China's drones and our drones.
So those who didn't can disparage Intel? Interesting.
