Actually, all the comments here are accurate. Especially the Karen Walker ones. What does she do again? I'm Rick Harrison, and this is my pawn shop. I work here with my old man and my son, Big Hoss. Everything in here has a story and a price. One thing I've learned after 21 years - you never know what is gonna come through that door.
After transitioning to blue after being red badge (I worked a lot of 12 hour days alongside my blue badge teammates w/o any perks, PTO or benefits 'they' got for years)... I was told immediately, "Welcome to the family. Our team is a family." My team is now a fragment of what it was when I joined. Family? My a--!!! It's my team that executes all the marketing. Now I have to work with those who make $40 or so an hour as red badges who don't know how to 1+1 = 3. It's not their fault. It's Karen Walker's!! She's the one who says 'good enough' is acceptable. That's not a winning strategy. We're better then that.

That can not be possible, Cisco is a family and a family take care of its people. That is what Chuck and John keep saying ( and my manager). Cisco is a great company and I can not believe what you are saying. I will keep licking my manager balls to keep my job and my VP if necessary
