Number manipulations and fabrication in showing that an employee is a non performer is a traditional practice at Cisco. Not just this data is not clearly shared with employees and are taken up at a later stage when the employee is vulnerable . This is a common practice in the India teams . Just play the number game to get rid of unwanted employees.

The creation of deadwood is again a sign of poor and lousy leadership . Good Leaders produce good and motivated employees . The bad ones produce just the opposite.
Cisco offers best manager award and then in six month lay off the employee. This shows the utter licking culture playing in Cisco. I am agreeing to people saying culturly spoilt.
