I was LR'd after 16 years and have been told no ER package but want to see if anyone is aware of anyone being offered and ER?

I got LR'ed and nobody mentioned early retirement to me. Perhaps this is what Chucky meant when he told JC that he would run things with more 'operational rigor' than JC himself.
