i can't wait for the survey, Leadership will try very hard to get plus results and twist the results. Give the employees the picnic, then lay them off! What a treat!

We do something similar called the PER survey "Positive Employee Relations". Every year the 3 lowest rated categories are....you guessed it: Pay, Benefits, and Job Security! Any every year for nearly the last 7 years running we have been hit with furloughs, layoffs, no raises or garbage raises 1.5-2.5% avg., and reduced benenefits. So they can take their survey and shove it up their asses!! These internal surveys are nothing but a waste of time.

Don't get too excited about this survey unless you really think all your problems are your boss or your plant manager. Even though 80% of the things that s--- on a local level are driven by higher leadership, this survey is only used to abuse the local leadership. If you think your plant is understaffed, it isn't your plant manager's fault, he can't do anything about it. If you think your plant works too much overtime, he can't do anything about it. If you think your pay should be higher, your plant manager only has a window in which to work and it probably isn't as large a window as you would like. Don't think your HR gives enough support? They are like Teflon. When is the last time you saw an HR person get walked out of this company? I never saw one through five roles at Honeywell. Mad because your business isn't growing? Your plant manager can't override the margin expectations laid out at the highest levels of leadership. Operations leaders at Honeywell are nothing more than glorified baby sitters executing orders from the top.
