Hype.

Smart money is on Tesla, Google and Apple.

Secondary players are Nvidia and Qualcomm.

Intel is a joke.

1) stock price hype

2) more ridiculousness from our delusional and untalented 'leaders'

First death of a car with Mobileye based auto-pilot:

This is the perfect symbol, the same day Intel Announces a partneship with Mobileye a dramatic event involving death happens.

Diane Bryant was quoted recently saying that the server processing needed for autonomous cars will be far greater than that now from smartphones, tablets and PCs. She and BK are delusional. If the time every comes when there are high volumes of self driving cars on the road, it will be twenty years from now and Intel will have been split up and sold for scrap. An autonomous Tesla getting in an accident recently and killing its passenger doesn't sound like it's ready for broad use. Maybe they should start with golf carts in retirement communities.

This announcement with BMW is pure stock hype for those who don't know better. BMW is fading too.

Who cares?

As long as the shares go up so I can sell the last of my options.

Sorry, I think self-driving cars are stupid. Although, maybe the roads would be safer without idiots behind the wheel. hmmmm... Maybe there's something here.

LOL, luxury cars and drones, that'll save the company?

We need a business that sells volumes in excess of hundreds of millions at APS over 100 bucks, do the math.. Aint' no drones, IoT, memory, or cars that will save the company. Even the eye popping ASP for server chips don't provide enough volume nor revenue to feed Moore's law!

Look at IBM they couldn't afford silicon development, forget about Intel's chances.

They were BK'd when they lost the cellphone and IoT wont' be the savior either.

TSMC and Samsung are the new kings..Intel fades into the sunset as fast as AMD, DEC, IBM and others like Moto, National, LOL
