What else would anybody think about a company ran by a bunch of clueless incompetent DICK HEADS?
If the ship has no rudder, what do you expect the crew to do? Might as well get drunk because nothing else to do except abandon ship and the alcohol will warm the blood against the cold water. Of course alcohol dehydrates the body so ultimately lower survival time on the open sea. Not many people know that.
