Intel won't last another 10 years, will be lucky if it lasts 5 years. Only chance they have is get rid of BK and his BKing of the company as IoT, modems and memory are not the way to return to revalance.

They still have a small advantage in process and world class manufacturing they need to leverage quickly. In two more years TSMC and Samsung will eclipse them on the back of the ARMy of ARM.

25yrs? Without a drastic change of course, Intel will be a 'shadow of its former self' in less than 10.

Another of those diversity windmills that emperor BK is so fond of tilting frequently. This is how the once glorious Motorola burnt down - by a family run board that so loved to hear their own echoes and made diversity as the main product of the company. How many want to take a bet, 25 years hence Intel will just be a shadow of its former self?

@1zkl. It's pretty obvious HR didn't read Orwell. But its very clear they are well versed on the writings of Karl Marx and Saul Alinsky.

If your a white guy, just claim you are transgender. You have to use the new bathrooms at least once to support your claim.

HR read Orwell. All employees are equal. Some are more equal than others.

I guess Intel doesn't care to retain me, as I did not get the warmline email.

But I'm a white guy. So. Yeah.

Maybe an employee leaked a contact list but I've had a recruiter call me on both my work and cell phone number. I never give out my work number and I don't even know it myself. EEs on recent reviews so on the opposite end of the layoffs but maybe Intel has sourced a company to fish around to see how employees stand with remaining at the company after this mess.

I'd love to contact the warmline with my thoughts, but as a white male I feel they'd just laugh at me and report me to my boss.

I'm guessing it'll be exhibit 35 in the discrimination class action lawsuit against Intel in 10 years.

It was sent to members of the various ERGs that represent minorities at Intel, trying to keep the 'right' (i.e., diverse) employees in the face of ACT. People who got it told me it sent an uncomfortable double message: "Yes, we're coming for everyone equally under ACT criteria....Unless you are part of certain minority groups."

We all know HR are lawyers for Intel so mostly they want to avoid lawsuits. If that can work in your favor then call.

Well, it didn't work for me when I got my email. I've been planning my exit since I became eligible last year. Just waited around for a package. Got it and wasn't going to look back or rethink my decision so I'm GONE. And very happy. :)

Why was it sent from Global Diversity and Inclusion. Probably somebody goofed sending it to everybody.
