Has anyone gotten their refund yet? I am glad I'll get it back, but sorry I'll lose out on discount. Maybe the people who perennially complained about it being capped at 5 percent will now be glad for whatever they get.

Got it in a mailed check dated 6/30.
Got mine back yesterday.
I got mine but I didn't wait for Intel to give it to me. I cashed it out in an earlier paycheck (I was hourly). I read somewhere that it would take some time. I don't recall how much time since it didn't matter to me. I think it's too early. Just give it some time.
