Wegman's is the company that Whole Foods was on track to become before going public and being forced to answer to Wall Street. Their decision to stay private lets them grow at their own pace, stay true to their values, take care of their employees, and do whatever is necessary to please their customers.

Funny that people on here think Wegmans is a great company to work for. Been there done that no thanks. I'm good.
Whole Foods Market, as long-time team members/leaders have known (and perhaps once, loved it) is already gone. The name may still be there, but the company is being dismantled. The exceptional customer service, fully staffed departments, best quality, innovative products.......all GONE.
Companies come and go. Some take longer than others. Some shine really bright for a few years and then crash. WF was one of those. Move on to something better.
