We have managers that hand out ARs, take credit for the successes, and assign blame for the failures.

There are no leaders at Intel.

Isn't this the Intel Layoff site? Isn't everyone here, presumably, a grown-up? And further, presumably, some sort of educated professional?

There are so many BETTER words from which to choose in this situation that would suggest one actually was once responsibly employed: incompetent, amateurish, floundering, inadequate, maladroit, incapable, unequipped, bungling, unqualified, bush-league, inexperienced, etc.

And the OP went with "lame" and "gay." I rest my case.

And now I'm off to my retirement home's bridge tournament...if I can find my dentures.

@-drk- Lame: (of a person or animal) unable to walk normally because of an injury or illness affecting the leg or foot. You still using a hardcover dictionary from the 70's, old man? There should be a bingo tournament close to your trailer park that you can play in.

Look up the definition of the word lame, kid, and stay in the basement for your own safety.

@rgk-I don't see "physically disabled" on that list, maybe should learn how to read, old man.

What would "lame" or "gay" have to do with hiring an outside executive who has, apparently, little sentiment about underlings and their attachment to their jobs?

"Inept," maybe. Possibly even the vernal "clueless."

But physically disabled or homosexual? How did these qualities make this particular list?

Unless, of course, the OP is an angry high school student whose father was laid off by Intel. In which case, I'm sorry, kid. It's a rough world - and getting rougher. Carry on with your limited and puerile vocabulary.

Hey, we lead in diversity, you need to factor those gains into our revenue forecast.

Wait, what do you mean "all cost and no gains"?
