@1iss must mean the OHS is coming up. They'll point to this and pretend it makes up for 3 years of VSP's and layoffs

syl again: I'm an oldish white dude with recent EEs. This WarmLine is definitely not only for minorities and "diverse" folks. Not sure whether that was originally planned, but it looks like Intel is now making an effort to consolidate and help the people still here.
Sorry, -mhk here. i also meant to say "I wasn't sure if VSP folks got it" but inadvertently left it out. I'm ERP.
You did not receive the email because you are not an Intel employee.
I received the email. It sounded like it was for "diversity" folks only so I ignored it. I definitely don't hit any of those checkboxes. But I did get EE in focal, and wasn't VSP/ERP eligible.
When did this get sent and did most people get it. @mhk made it sound like Vsp people got it which kind of doesn't make sense.
Just to clarify: I got the Retention WarmLine email but none of the ACT packages. I assume every one still employed received that email.
what the last poster, -fxh, said is not true. To the best of my knowledge (since I got one) it's for those that were offered packages (ERP & VSP (unsure about ISP but thinking not)). Anyone that was eligible for a package was offered a package (they have to if eligible). However, some offered packages hit some sort of criteria as someone they hoped to retain. Hence the Warmline email to a select few. My manager had never even heard about it it's so hush-hush. Unless he was simply oblivious. lol
I think for me it was because of several EE's in a row and a recent promo. I did not take the bait. I wanted out so stuck with the offered package as I waited for quite a while to be offered one. NOTHING was changing my mind. lol
If you don't know about warmline, you are one of the sorry ba$stard$ who aren't important to intel. Expect to be visited by HR for VSP/ISP in the next round.. get your linkedin and resume ready as the bad news is coming very shortly
It would be a hot line if everyone was invited
Not hot line.
It's a retention tool for Intel to keep people they want. If you didn't receive it ...
They are hiring a fat assfor each restroom to keep the seat warm for managers/leaders and URMs
