If women are equal why do they need laws, policies, and commissions to make them so. There are a lot of in name only not male managers, directors and vps only around here that don't do sh-- but are needed to get federal contracts. Equal myass.

People like you are the reason women need laws to ensure equal treatment. Do you know what its like to be THANKFUL we have to wear those dumb smocks on the aircraft now? No, you don't. Because nobody stares at your chest and ignores everything you say when you are talking to them. I was investigated by HR when I was promoted, and then investigated again when I demoted myself to escape the rumors and accusations. Why? Because some sour old man felt he deserved the position I was promoted to, and then some sour old woman felt I was after her man when I demoted myself to a lower position. I nearly left the company after that - can't win for losing! Men and women both will attack you for winning, regardless of who you are or what you've accomplished.
Sometimes, women DO deserve what they've earned. Sometimes, if you didn't get promoted and a woman did, its cause you are sh-- at your job and you should take a look in the mirror...or look for another career.

The worst manager I've ever had in my life by far, was an unqualified woman at L-3 CSW! She wasn't bad because of her gender, but she obviously was promoted to that position because of it. She was an absolute disaster as a manager and should have been fired many times over.
Get the bitches out, and this company could post healthy quarters constantly. But no way that would happen who would order the food for the lunch fests.
