Some of this is definitely true. The problem lies with BHI management ... AND also with the operators that allow such poor performance. Even now there are still DDs working that are not strong, competent performers. If DDs were held accountable for their decisions and expected to work and act like professionals there would be far less DDs working in the industry.

DDs are just big alcoholic babies, who constantly need attention and everything done for them. Everyday cry, whine and backstabb when things go wrong. Definately a minor sub species of homo erectus.
