The real reason Intel only hires RCG for the most part is they don't want employees to know much about the real world, how real management works, how real functional organizations work. They want slave worker bees show think getting the carrot and stick stuck in the same hole is the only way out there.
If they hired experienced people as worker bees they'd all leave as getting treated like mushrooms or worse isn't the norm in most industry.
So all those that have only worked at Intel you should really wake up and see how the rest of the world is, yes there are other %hitholes but those the stock is doing well and pay better than the Titanic
For starters, @-zrf... I'm (probably) one of the few women on this site. (I'm -erg). And I'm here because I think what is currently happening at Intel are very interesting times. With no more work access, this site is pretty much the only way I can check in to see what's going on. Unfortunately, there are a bunch of odd/sick people on this site crapping up the good posts where posters actually have something to say.
Unfortunately, trolls and A-holes abound everywhere online and out in the world so the sane need to make our way through life dealing with a lot of the crap that's out there (that would be you I'm talking about at the moment).
And as for how I'm passing my time... is it OK with you if I check in for a few minutes every day??? Mother, may I????? Pretty please with sugar on top????? Now F-off and go F with someone else. My few minute a day check-in is over and I have better things to do.

Intel is a sh--ty place to work.
Glad I left - it apears there are much better optuons out there. Don't take my word for it. If you are worth anything di some "Dry-Run" interviews and see what's out there.

So happy I left Intel. I retired early (as was the plan for years) and really don't like working so enjoying myself IMMENSELY. :)
