They should ck the supervisors at Eldridge/WLY too and who reports to them. Some keep their "best buddies" employed over others.
So how many relatives are still employed at Eldridge/WLY? There were quite a few at one time. Has HR run the traps to see if any managers have relatives reporting to them now with all of the changes. What about romantic relationships? Time for managers to come clean.
Rumors about layoffs & plant shut downs isn't that accurate. When names are mentioned it is spot on. The people who have been called out as worthless is how the people that work with them feel. They work with them they know them best.
Everyone at NOV is too afraid to speak for fear of this site being monitored by the ethics (or rather non-ethical department). Many people who are left belong to protected groups and are not going to say anything because they are safe, i.e. Rig solutions and the Scottish clan, David Reid's posse, Chandler's family, etc. No truth will be told because everyone left outside the posses is fearful of the shoe dropping.
No layoffs have happened such as at DDS Eldridge recently?
such as the layoffs that don't happen when the poster is sure that they will.
