Navigation closing : mid third quarter

Announcement coming to Navigation employees on July 19th. Shop employees will be offered Transfer, Retirement (if applicapal), or Severence Package & Layoff. Office personnel will transfer to CTI beginning mid-August.

Not sure about PP; I'm only involved with the Navigation facility. I would think it would be public information if it was true. Same concept as when the Hal-BHI merger was announced and then employees were notified after. Has to do with being a publicly traded company, and the SEC.
