Come together and comfort each other by bringing in false news about the company, comments that keep sayungnintel will do bad, and negative feedbacks about your experience at Intel. But sorry people I don't agree a bit you. Intel is definitely one of the best places to work. You guys can continue using this for comforting each other. But bottom line is you don't deserve to be at Intel.

please look at both the sides.
the layoffs are not based on just the technical ability. Most of the time its based on business need. so manager will cut the people who are not productive or the skills are no longer needed or any other criteria where $$$$ are not coming to team.
I know people still in good grades with good compensation who does not know a,b,C's of anything.
But he is able to satisfy the business need. ie available for 24 hours always in front of Laptop / meetings at any time / politics. Actually good people wont be staying in such teams.
If you love intel so much, then why the F--- you are reading the layoff section? Why don't you go and give BK and blow job, perhaps do a live show too. That is what this balloon is good at.

The majority on this site are current employees who can't get truthful information from their managers, leaders and that ridiculous Circuit yellow press board. Most laid off people moved on already.
There have been a lot of trolls here and unfair slams of rank-and-file HR employees. And lots of outright racism and xenophobia. People are upset. Every now and then you actually find some useful info, but that is petering out.
