Well then, what is true? That there are very reliable people who work for the company who are always high?? Or, there won't be more attrition?

WFM is in a tail spin and I have a very reliable source who is extremely high and she gives me all the information ahead if time. Yes they are combining all teams this is not a question this is happening!! The problem with STLs having multiple stores is that astls become more important. Astls are not seasoned in the same way as STLs . I used to work in Omaha and we hada TL that was hated by his TMs and a joke. He walked into all star when the store improved and rode it to an astl position at another store. I couldn't imagine the mess if he or other inadequate TLs ever got real responsibility. I haveseen that happen multiple times so it's a big problem. For now be happy with STLs and spend your free time hoping they stop making all these changes. No this is not the whole foods it was a few years ago it is a bland corporate machine that wishes it was a trader joes. For those who have been stuck in the machine foreverthe only hope is to gtfo or unionize. If you're a buyer now then find a new job because you won't be there long. If you are a strong ATL or TL then demand more money or go somewhere with more hope. The TL pay is atrocious now and it sounds like they start in the low $20s which is not a big difference from what atls and buyers make especially with the new responsibilities about to be dumped in you all. Soon there will be 2 TLs and No astls in the store this is what I'm told from s reliable source. If your a demo specialist or sign maker or concierge then ruuuuunnn! If your an astl the ruuuuuuun!!!! If your in HR then ruuuuunnn!!!!!' We have lost our way that is the bottom line. Ruuuunnn!!

I love this idea. Yes, with one of WFMs problem being cannibalization, there should be ONE STL for two stores. Afterall, there are so many stores that are less than 10 miles apart. I hope our CEOs and the consultants that they are paying thousands to, are reading all of this.
