Shameful act from a shameless leader at Drill Bits. I wonder if he'll bury the entire org in six sigma/lean horseshit like he did when he was head of D&E. Another once great product line headed down the shiiter

Glad I was gone from drill bits before this happened. I do not see the logic, but do see this as a major loyalty blow.
Lol - they recruit someone with proven disloyalty from a minor service company after just laying off senior staff in the woodlands. Smart move for team loyalty and productivity. Great news for SLB though - their lead in bits just got a boost.
And he is probably making significantly more now, than when he left. Usually if you quit and then get rehired, you make more money. Even if you are doing the same job.
