If you include ACT in the QPB (1.7 day number given below - I didn't catch it during the BUM) then we continue our 100% streak in ECBP beating QPB. In 1H ECBP would have given us 0.7 extra days of pay.
1H ECBP = 5 days
1H QPB = 2.6 + 1.7 = 4.3 days
Note that the ECBP calculation includes the ACT write-down, so that's why I use the 1.7 day figure instead of 3.6 day.
Not everyone has access to Circuit any longer @1fxe (Duh).

MCM level is 1.7 days. BK (surprisingly!) decided to not include ACT cost in normal employee's bonus calculations, but did penalize the MCM. Said it cost $50m.
