Assistance Needed To Sue Union

I don't like that they posted my name up on multiple bulletin boards at work as a scab who crossed.

Can I sue the union? I feel this is harassment.

I support the union I just couldn't afford to not work as I'm not a fat lazy slob. O

Your predicament reminds me of one the analects of Lao Tze:

"If you're doing something which you would be ashamed to have your neighbors know about.....

..... stop doing it."

The union harassers will take their EISPs and fade away from the workplace, and the post-2003 Union hires can be RIF'd. Eventually, there'll be nothing that can be done to someone who crosses, because all the pre-2003 hires will be EISP'd and any post-2003 hires that try harassment tactics will be RIF'd.

Just give it a few more years, and all this harassment will be punished swiftly and crossing will be rewarded. If you can cross, then take an EISP, all the better.

Boy oh boy. Lemme tell you a story about suing the union. In a lawsuit, an Upstate woman is claiming that the Union County sheriff texted her a pornographic image when she contacted him with a tip about drug activity.

According to the lawsuit filed by an attorney in Newberry, the Union County woman got David Taylor's cellphone number from his wife.

The woman, who was not named in the lawsuit, contacted Taylor about her neighbor's illegal drug activity and expressed her feelings toward Taylor and said the following regarding the butter. "I have read

your magazine for many years and didn't think that I would ever write. Well, today after years of not writing I figured that it was time that I put pen to paper and wrote a letter.

After deciding that I would write a lette,r I had to find something to write about. I would try my best.

Just like some of the people that write into your magazine I too am a stilled tradesman. I am a toolmaker by trade. Unfortunately, my job puts me in contact with very few women. Mostly I talk to my co-workers and my foreman. Most of the day, however I spend working making stamping tooling. At the end of the day I usually head home. Sometimes I stop at a store to buy beer or a restaurant to pickup dinner for my family. Today wasn't much different at first.

On the way home, I stopped into the local chicken shack to get a bucket of chicken and some potatoes. I asked for the potatoes without butter because they are usually very greasy. The attractive blond behind the counter gave me a smile. "I like mine without butter too" she said.

Later, after my family had finished eating dinner and my wife had stood up to clean up the kitchen table, I pinched her butt. When she looked down at me, I tried to wink. I can only get it right about half the time, but my wife knows what I wanted. She smiled.

Later, after the kids went to bed, I took a warm shower so that I could wash off some of the grime of the shop. My wife was in bed without her P.J.'s on. I slid in beside her and gently stroked her back. She rolled back toward me and I could feel the heat of her body. We began to make love and it certainly felt fantastic. Eventually, I got to thinking about that blond at the chicken shack and how cute she looked.

Soon I envisioned the blond rubbing the butter all over my erect pe--sand then inserting it into her mouth. The thought of that smooth butter and her mouth suction allowed me to reach orgasm before my wife tired of my gyrations. My wife said that it felt fantastic."

Face it, you're doomed. There's really nothing you can do except go work for another company without a union since you obviously don't value these organizations.

Enjoy your scab pay.

Op, how much have you saved in preparation for the next strike in 2019 which will probably last twice as long? Let me take a guess.....zero, zip, zilch, nada. Why? Because your a fu(king moron. Quit and go work at Walmart where you don't have to worry about being exposed as the scab that you are.

Absolutely!

Just don't sue the Union, but, sue it's members also individually, Sue the managers individually, Sue Verizon. Sue the US Government for it's involvement. Sue your attorney for the punitive damages that he/she is giving you also. And also, a lot of people don't realize this one but you can sue your parents for creating you and raising such a moronic sad human being. I think you'll win on that last one for sure.

Sticks and stone will break your bones.......But that mane really fits you....SCAB!!!!

Sue me!!!!

WTF , so you are a scab and don't want to be called a scab? Are you kidding me ?.......... You've got to be one of the kids that grew up when everyone gets a trophy. Call it as it is, scab is permanent , strike is temporary .

Absolutely.

Just don't sue the Union, but Members of your Executive Board as both Officers and Individuals.

They have Director's insurance, and will look to immediately settle.

Sue in Supreme Court for over 5K.

Funny thing about filing a lawsuit against someone/something ..... you normally get a counter-suit in return. Whatever $$$ you s---ed up being a scab will definitely be gone before it's all done. And you may lose big time in addition.

But keep us posted so we can enjoy the show.

very very few of us could afford being on strike but we knew it was a possibility for the past 3 yrs and we saved for it as best we could and didn't scab. you on the other hand chose to sell out your fellow employees and be a scab and as such you should not be surprised if your name is hung on a union bulletin board or wherever, so your fellow workers know never to trust you again. s--- it up and be proud of what you did because if you're not, then you are feeling guilty about your choice to scab...
