Seems to be the same all over, it comes down to bad management.
ALS Bakersfield has too many money s---ers and not enough money makers. They've made alot of field cuts the last couple years but have hardly cut the fat when it comes to managers and supervisors. Just waiting for the day these guys get caught stealing gas, food for they're family and friends on the P card when it's supposed to be for customers. O and making they're own schedules on daily basis. Hope this gets to some one who gives a sh--.
