Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

BK only has 4 years left! What's your exit strategy?

Why would the management of a technology giant deliberately consign it to obsolescence? I think the reason is simply to provide a graceful way for the management to cash out of the company. And CEO Brian Krzanich has certainly been cashing out, as recent SEC filings show. His most recent (July 6) SEC Form 4/A shows that he sold a total of 71413 Intel shares and netted about $2.3 million.

The sellers are all millionaires there is no way they would be diversifying unless they knew the end is near. Billionaires diversify and donate, millionaires are still usually greedy SOBs so selling is a canary sign the top has come and the end is certainly close, LOL

In 2013 Intel had an opportunity to higher an outside, awe-inspiring executive to lead. Instead they went with a small fry insider with no business experience. This was the beginning of the end. He has lost billions of dollars since with no end of the decline in site. Then he goes and hires another small fry unknown who was fired from Qualcomm as the number 2. Tell me what's wrong with this scenario. Employees want to at least feel there is a successful person leading the business.

Great CEOs buy stock, even in bad times to show their faith in the ability to restore the company profit base and shareholder value. BK has been selling ever since he's been CEO. This is a non-verbal message to us that he has no firm belief the company will come back. As far as Murthy's, he has done nothing but layoff great employees and soak up monetary riches since his arrival.

Murthy is doing the same. Every 3 months he sells all his newly vested stock
