As it looked this past Friday how many students did we enroll from 4-6? I mean the whole week we are taken from family and friends this was one good thing about this company getting out at 4 on Fridays and now that is gone. What's next?

He gets to pick and choose. He will bring all heavy hitters to our team. That's what he does. It's easier then making ARS great.

Students know online s---s. Every single one complains of the quality of learning and lack of communication with a real teacher. No one should pay for online tutorials that can be had from YouTube !
What's next? Nobody will be there until 6 pm when they close Pittsburgh & just run out of Phoenix and the ground locations! You should have heard Chancellor Baum at the video conference a while back. She said there is no reason why a student cannot go into a ground location and be offered an all online program from there. Well they have phones and computers at the ground locations and can most certainly take care of all the dwindling AUO students. :)

Don't worry they also get confused when Phx gets a higher number of calls per rep despite there being 1 of them for every 3 of us in Pit. Of course they get a higher number of calls per rep.
