There are many short cuts to US Citizenship. I AM ON h1b, with a MS, and MBA top school in UK LSE. I got married 18 months ago to a Doctor in India, tough to get her to US but managed. She ended up getting a slot in the US military as a mid level officer, good benefits, pay. We will both have US citizenship early next year. She has to stay in for 8 years which is ok, which is fine since she is working long hours but getting very good experience, better than private sector. Medicine, dentists in armed forces is a good way to speed things up. Also it's a excellent way to give back to America, and provide a needed service.
