BHI , first in class ..does not need experience . Directional Drillers are a dime a dozen.
28 years DD, 17 with steerable tools, never did any of that SH**. Quality DDs do exist, but are not much valued by management. It's far cheaper to hire monkeys. Keeps sales in a job since work keeps getting lost! Pathetic.

I've said it once before, DDs are a joke in the industry. Lots of warm bodies taking up space. The actual competent and worthy hands are few and far between. Sorry you had to work with such lousy DDs on your job.
Same old directional drillers habits, sleeping on tour and things go wrong. Typical. Now all the MWD hands lose out as well. Thanks guys
