Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

Should more TMG managers be laid-off?

In a nutshell, yes. The mgmt structure in TMG (of which BK has a history) is pathetically weak. Too much managerial overhead, very inexperienced SLM and FLM, planning s---s as it changes the moment the ink dries, they don't have a clue what they are doing, they confuse the messaging from their very own superiors. The only qualities they are good at are lying, kissing each other's asses, laying off high quality workers, not stepping up for their own employees, and hiding amongst the managerial herd

There are very few real managers. These people work on highly visible cool projects - doing work that should really be done by ICs. They take great opportunities for themselves and their brag sheets are full of "Outstanding" rating accomplishments. They routinely throw their reports under the bus. These "managers" should be measured by the success of those who work for them. What a different Intel it would be.

Can you imagine any other organization where the bread and butter technology and goals were missed across the board and yet everyone involve got promoted, that is TMG for you!

Little people took the fall as a comvenience, because the guys at the top are incapable of being blamed as they don't know better, LOL

They absolutely deserve to get fired and replaced. They are completely inept and incompetent.

Not going to happen with the current regime of managers since they protect their own.

Split TMG to prevent further infection of the rest of the company.

Who ever is in charge of 14 and 10 should be fired as they are both late and failures. TSMC and Samsung have caught up, did they get the ACT?
