HTTS and TAC directors are saying TAC/HTTS will "low risk and medium rewards". If you want to stay in cisco for longer time, TAC/HTTS Customer support engg is best role. Technical services has massive margin upto 80%. BU/Sales will be always be in firing line. Rewards may be great but Risk is also higher for BU/Sales folks. even AS will face same brunt.

The Bangalore directors care a damn about engineers they are busy working out in the gym and visiting the best saloons to demonstrate how cool they are . They would be probably be planning their own promotion and hike with the funds that they receive.
