Say... under one director - roughly how many grades 4, 6, 8, 10,11,12 and PE (g13)?
From the observation around me, it looks that we we ware at about
grades 4+6 - around 50%, grades 8 & 10 around 40%, TLs (11 and 12) about 9 and PE - 1%.
Wonder how it looks at different groups?

If you are so concerned about how many Indians are in INSBU, why don't you go talk to concerned folks in upper management.. Don't you have the Balls to speak up?

INSBU, Man! I checked their CEC page. It's 100% Indian group. From their CEC profile photos, I wonder how some of those guys have elevated to such senior positions. Come on at least upload a profile photo in proper business attire. You look like got out of bed in the morning straight to bldg.9 to get your badge.
