With all the infighting, insulting and hate sent to managers, engineers, supts etc - will that force a massive change in management positions so people can move on or will the few that survive this culling be forced to live with the same people again? Surely someone in HR has thought of this.

The drastic change is because COP has not been able to prove itself as an independent oil and gas operator. We decided to manufacture light bulbs because the ELT thought that seemed like a bright idea. We have plans on plans on producing them in China in an attempt to lower costs and be competitive. Please buy COP stock, the employees would like to see the share price appreciate to at least 45 $/share sometime soon!
