...how much longer till the plug is pulled? I guess at Kmart a raise is out of the question. It has been many years with no raise. Just more work load. At our store we cannot have anymore work put on us. We can't keep on like we are either. Fire the DMs and give us a raise and let us do things the right way that works. Don't ask for pictures or sign audits. AND STOP WITH THE STUPID TEESHIRTS. Then they will find out which stores are successful and should be saved and invested in. And why are the young, stupid and very lazy assistant managers s---ing up payroll? Give it to the backbone workers. OK, had to chime in and know that my spouse didn't want to hear all that. How much are you selling the shirts for?
But I have started a nice side business selling all of the extra shirts I got. We received 12 boxes of shirts this last time and only one box was medium. The rest of the boxes were XL or XXL size. Our manager said to take as many shirts as we wanted. Each time we get shirts we each get at least 5-6 shirts. There is your raise for this year

We ALL feel the exact same way. The company just announced another 400 million dollar loss, yet the only thing the Kmart brass was worried about today was getting pictures of these KVI big red signs uploaded. And we didn't even receive them. When we didn't upload them, they started sending even more emails from our Operations Director. I have a great idea for their next blue shirt. It should read :
