Get rid of the people giving great customer or the ones that are left you cut there hours and run them into the ground then you cut our labor so there aren't enough bodies on the floor helping out customers or getting the work done that makes the place look good and this is what you get WF nothing sets us apart!

Loving the pressure regional puts on stl's for sales projections that the stl knows he cant get...why cant stores lowball like the central guys when they set quarterly earnings projections??..

I work at a tourist based wfm in florida.most of our business comes from tourists vs. Locals.kids do come into store but they are all foreigners,so back to school means nothing.middle america jas been price gouged around the edges enough so why will they pay premium when they can get better deals and now better service elswhere.?a couple teams in my store are hemorrhaging team members due to bad TLs.its bad and the sales are in the red.

Wacky Mackey and crew have been able to spin themselves out of every public humiliation until now. The people have spoken with their dollars. The former guests cannot justify overpaying for the same thing they can get just about anywhere else these days without the service and kiss a-- that once came with it (the shopping experience is what made WFM and now it's gone). Funny thing I learned when I worked there, you have to spend money to make money. Which means if you don't have anyone on the floor to help the guest you ain't making the sales. Too bad they haven't figured that out.

It will pick back up with back to school, they said! Nope, still double-digit negative comps at my store in the SW, too.

Negative, double digit. This is bad. Two other stores close by also double digit negative. Only one comped positive, 2% (SOPAC).
