Are we able to confirm that RTC, Jazz, ClearCase, ClearQuest, etc. are now being developed and supported by third parties such as HCL? Interesting that IBM has not disclosed this to customers.

Effective transfert of people at HCL Technologies took place 1st sep but still no public anouncement .....
