Big difference between "working hard" and "working". Don't blame the person for just doing their job versus doing an extraordinary job. And if the management cleaned up their act with better planning and didn't cancel half the projects at a late stage, you would have more headcount for the existing projects without anybody having to work hard.

Why should you work hard for Intel after they F----ed your friends? Well, one reason is that Intel pays your F------g salary, and your friends don't pay you s--t. Grow up and get a life.
