Intel needs to cut deep 50% which will be revenue netural. Give remaing employs 3 yrs salary as incentive to turn it around by 2025. It's war the US Army did the same WW 2, with Sr STÄFF, RETIRED 80% of COL, Generals, Sr Sgts....there are people at Intel with 5 to 7 years experience that are 10 X better then the impotent old bitter grandpa's around. Either they leave or the young studs will walk.

Well the same issue with our ploitic, 70 year old blocking new world, real thinking

The new stuff is moving very fast, 14 trillon market on transport/driverless cars trucks, Energy storage 8 T usd market. Health care and others. The future is bright if you want it.

Intel is arrogant company and intel ppl only think they are smart. Hence they never notice what are happening outside.

Yields will be so bad the fans will be full and people overworked making 14nm look like a vacation

Once the fabs are all half empty, it will accelerate very fast.

You guys are clueless. All of tech is in the same boat. If intel loses talent the - talent is just going to another sinking ship. Tech is imploding.

Zero or negative growth is a death spiral for attracting and retaining talent. Advancement opportunities become severely limited.

True, smart young people won't stick around. H1s will wait to get citizenship and bail ...intel will be geratics ward...intel will become most risk averse humans

And none of those companies had billions tied up with thousand of employees on a train wreck like 10nm
