Who the F--- do you think you are? There is frugal and then there's being a cheap a--hole. Those 3-4 flowers you plucked from your neighbor's yard and put in that crap vase that you gave your wife three years ago for Valentines is not going to cut it. I would not even give that sh-- to my girlfriend, even the Sprouts by my house has better flowers than the ones you gave. You giving these flowers is a metaphor of what Qualcomm stands for. A company who does not give a sh-- about their employees. The difference between Frugal and cheap is that it's frugal when you're cutting corners on things that affect only you (like not giving yourselves big bonuses this year), but it's cheap when other people are involved (like not paying any employees for overtime or acquiring talented people). That poor dude gave 5 years of his life and hard work, and this is the thanks he gets from Qualcomm? You might as well have gone there and taken a giant sh-- in front of the coffin, because that is what you did when buying these flowers.
