I was sεxually harassed but when I signed the severance package I signed away my rights. I even tried to sue but when the Qualcomm attorneys produced my signature, we could no longer proceed. It's catch 22 and Qualcomm knows it. You need that severance to stay off the street and they need you to sign it so as not to sue. Thanks JKrueger & LRood

I hope plaintiffs will win this lawsuit; Qualcomm deserves big time to be prosecuted for thousands of wrong full termination thru phony PIP and abuse of California work regulations.

Wrongful Termination attorneys also should look at harassment by Qualcomm HR of employees on PIP- offer of resignation as alternative to PIP which would most likely relieve Qualcomm from having to pay unemployment benefits, and humiliation and harassment of employees for the time they were undergoing a PIP.

Most Performance Improvement Plan terminations since mid-2014 or earlier were wrongful termination of undeserving employees. If this class action lawsuit is for real the Attorneys handling a class action suit should look at unlawful trends in ALL the PIP's involved at Qualcomm for the past (2) years. Look at Performance reviews of the employees prior to the PIP.

PTE work culture is really bad.. All Eng and Sr. Eng are fck*** pissed.. These morons are on H1B hence cannot Speak up.. Sr. Staff and above know this and they take advantage.. Director and above are complete useless. You can fire most of the Dirs. Sr. Dirs. and Sr. Staffs and save some money in next realignment.. Staff needs to do a-- licking to go to next level..

Qualcomm is a hub for racism and cheap politics! After getting rid of the cream through layoffs and scare tactics, not sure how anything can improve. Somehow Managers/dir/vps at qcomm are still arrogant! When will they get grounded?? When will the bucket pyramid crumble? Hopefully soon!

My team mates are chinese they layed off all indians in the team. 100% of the layed off engineers are from top ranking research universities in US! The folks who escaped are chinese who are hired because Nepotism rocks at Qualcomm! F--- u Qcomm!!
