UK: Leave of absence. Yes you can be LR'd when you're on leave of absence but I'd say it's less likely. Extending your leave may help. Do not go back in October. Wait until the dust settles in November.
What aboute France?
Did UK start today? Phil Smith sent the dreadful email asking for representatives to be selected? I remember previous LR started with this. But currently I don't have access to email.
I'm on leave of absence for the next two months. Does anyone know if they can LR me while on leave of absence?
If more than a 100 are going in the UK is there not a 3 month consultation period not a 1 month?

UK process will start on Tuesday 30 of Aug and will finish end of September as there is more than 100 positions will go.
Different Countries have different process.
