Most execs will be gone in 2 to 4 years when Intel collapses. Layoffs were the only way to increase their short term packages and run away.

How did they manage to get quarterly vests (which they sell ASAP) while the rank and file have to wait FOUR YEARS?
The old guard insiders are too fat and happy to care that much.
If you're young or in mid career - RUN, don't walk from this company.
GR10 and above have stock compensations in the five to seven figures, mutilpy that by even a couple years is big money for manipulating the situation to keep stock price high. Look at insider activity and it is all selling says a lot of what every senior manager's personal assessment is.
