well the writing is on the wall, they don't want to loose the talent until the jobs are done. Look at departments like Hr, why would you let those employees go if you plan to grow, your not so get it down to process folks out, just a example but I am sure MVS and JG are watching this site and laughing that no one will pay attention. I heard one new leader said out loud at the last employee lunch in a crowd laughing I moved down here I can just as easily move back, must be nice to have a position no matter........................................................

MVS sent his non-essential, expendable MID managers to Waco to complete the current contracts and to close this facility. All focus is to deliver airplanes, with no effort in bringing in new business. Don't forget, Waco lost $110M last year, and those programs are still here losing more money. Best we can hope for is to be an overflow maintenance facility for Greenville. Yes, we are working many overtime hours to finish these jobs, but not to find new business. As we complete programs, expect more layoffs.

lets see, maybe it's time again to have a purge of leadership, again, that always works, they can all go back to Greenville and get people that know how to run a center, I know I am dumb because I am not from Greenville don't remind me. VP of eng not even moving but heard rom my lead he is getting paid to move anyway what the heck is that about, seems to me that we can cut some 3 rd floor 'help' and get back into profit in a day.

WACO, Texas (KWTX) Waco’s L-3 Platform Integration is laying off about 120 workers, the company confirmed Wednesday.

The aerospace company, which employs more than 2,000, said the layoffs are the result of “new programs delaying beyond our business forecast.”

L-3 is one of the city’s largest employers.

Teflon Dave is a model citizen in an outstanding manager between him and the wicked witch of SMIP they will save this place. Wish those two would run for president.

So they bring in all these high rollers and lay off all the worker bees. Well we are all glad none of the Greenville or Bell folks got it as they have not learned exactly what VIP work is all about. I guess with that new giant quality staff someone had to go.

Thanks to Brilliance. How many did they get today. The word is that the customer is not taking her and we are in the hole bad. L-3 Waco hasn't been up for sell because no one want to buy a failing facility. And between brilliance and AM4 we can't win....
